Goods will be charged for at the price shown on our website pages on the day and date you, the Customer, place the order. All of our prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We endeavour to make sure that prices are correct at the time the product is shown on the site although errors and omissions are excepted. Prices may change from time to time due to things beyond our control. Prices should not change unexpectedly during an actual transaction, however, if this does occur you will be contacted to confirm that you wish to proceed or reconsider your purchase. We will try where possible to always honour our published prices.
Here at Regent Document Solutions, we pride ourselves in maintaining our high levels of Customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with any product you order from us, you must inform us within seven working days of receipt as to the reason for the dissatisfaction, following which we will give a full refund for goods if they are then returned to us. Unfortunately, toner and drum cartridges can only be returned for a refund if unopened from the sealed internal packaging. If an item is faulty on delivery and we are notified within seven days of receipt, we will be happy to exchange the item. Any products to be returned to us from you will be at your expense and must be carefully repackaged and if possible, in the original packaging. Your statutory consumer rights will not be affected by this policy.
For equipment for values over £750.00 we are able to offer lease/rental options. However, should your order value amount to less than this and you would like to proceed with a lease/rental option, our sales team may be able to help if contacted.
We at Regent Document Solutions pride ourselves on the level of service and back-up we offer to you our Customers. If however, you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the service or goods you have received from us, you can contact us by phone, fax, e-mail or normal post at the address shown under our contact details.
Goods sold by us are sold on the basis that they are free from any defects of material or manufacture upon delivery, given that they are used for the purpose intended and are operated in a proper business like manner. However, we accept no liability for defects in equipment or goods resulting from other than normal use, wilful damage, negligence or misuse.
Our entire liability in respect of equipment or goods that have become the property of you the Customer shall be limited to terms in line with our Returns Policy at the time and will not exceed a credit note to the value paid by the Customer for the original goods or the replacement or repair of such goods by ourselves or agents appointed by us. We will not under any circumstances have any liability to the Customer for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our contract with our Customers is deemed to start only when we have informed the purchaser by email that we have accepted the order.
Payment must be made to us in UK pounds sterling only
All transactions made via the website and the terms of business relating to such sales and purchases shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of, and jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
